​Animal Welfare - The most important thing to us at Pitter Patter Paws is the safety of your pet. We have had dogs all our lives and we know how dear to your heart they are! We promise to care for your dog as if they were our own, to give them the same love, protection and security as if they were on a walk with you. We will remain attentive throughout their time with us to ensure they remain safe and never take risks.

We are fully pet first aid trained and have procedures in place to ensure that in the unlikely event of an emergency we will respond quickly and make the welfare of your pet our priority. 

Joy! - Second only to your pets welfare, is the enjoyment they experience whilst in our care. 

We walk our dogs in a variety of locations where they will have the chance to enrich their minds with new sights and smells. Whether they need to be walked alone or socialised, the owner's preference and dog's needs will always be the primary consideration. We cater to whatever your dog's physical ability may be, whether that be a nice sniff around in a woodland area, to chase a ball with their furry friends or a gentle stroll with some like minded companions.

We show the same level of professionalism and care for our pet welfare visits; feeding, watering, cleaning out, playing… whatever they need we are here for them.

Reliability - We understand our clients need to have a pet service so they can book a time-slot convenient to them and their requirements. We’ll turn up on time, give your dog a fun and enjoyable walk and return them home safe and sound when expected, while respecting your home. 

The advantage of Pitter Patter Paws being a small company, means we are able to provide a bespoke service that is available to you 52 weeks a year. We are able to guarantee that your pet will be able to build a bond with their walker as they will be walked by the same person every time. This will enable a high level of trust to be built so that we can provide the same excellent service that you have grown accustomed to.

Exceeding expectations - Our aim is to ensure we provide the best service to all our clients. We want each pet to have a service that is bespoke for them. This would include understanding what training plan you are following, so whilst out on the walk we can reinforce this. In addition, we can pair your dog up with other like minded dogs to ensure their socialisation needs are met. We’ll use commands that are specific to your dog and also to tailor the walk in a way that your dog will get the most out of their time with us.

If needed, before being returned back into your home, dogs will receive a little rinse and dry if they've gotten themselves all muddy. We will always show respect for your home!
